“Maison Vespa“ is a two level apartment located in Argegno with panoramic views on Lake Como. On the first level you will find a spacious balcony sheltered by a motorised canopy, with table and chairs where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch and dinner with a relaxing and beautiful lake view. Inside you have a sitting room with a double sofa bed and kitchen equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, traditional oven, induction hob, nespresso coffee machine, free wi-fi, kettle and microwave.
The first level bathroom consists of an anteroom with sink and bidet, shower, and it is equipped with hair dryer, towels, washcloths and washing machine.
On the second level we have 2 bedrooms, one of which has a small balcony with sofas that will allow you to admire the sunrise and the changing light on the beautiful Lake Como, a large walk-in closet and a bathroom with Jacuzzi where you can relax at the end of the day.

“Argegno Como Lake” is a two level spacious 120 square metres apartment located in Argegno; on the entrance floor there is a large balcony and a solarium area with garden that will allow you to enjoy a fantastic view of the lake. Inside a living room with dining table and sofa, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, eat-in kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, nespresso coffee machine.
On the lower floor you will find a double bedroom with added sofa bed, laundry area with washing machine, iron and board, a bathroom with large shower, all overlooking the lake.
The house is located near the historic centre, which you can easily reach via the garden.
The village centre (Argegno) is 5 minutes from the apartments, main amenities and shops include: restaurants, bars, newsagent, grocery store, ice cream parlour, hairdresser, pharmacy, bank and a children’s clothing store. You will also find an e-bike rental shop and a boat rental (no nautical licence required).
Argegno has a pier where all the main boats for cruises and regular navigation stop and from where you can travel to the most famous locations of Lake Como: Bellagio with its characteristic alleys, Villa Carlotta with a 70,000 square metres botanical park, the glorious Villa del Balbianello where famous movies such as 007 Casino Royal and Star Wars, were filmed.
The Argegno – Pigra cableway will allow you to enjoy the 360 ° view of Lake Como at an altitude of (xyz).
